Welcome
A warm welcome to our spring summer 2025 edition of Argo Nautica. I hope everyone has had a great start to the year. It was lovely to welcome visitors on board the fantastic displays by Galeon, Greenline, Saxdor and Pardo Yachts, at boot Düsseldorf in January. We were delighted to meet some old and new faces at the show and show them around the display of boats that were on the stands.
Last Autumn, Pardo Yachts enjoyed hosting Hollywood star Kevin Costner on board the Pardo GT75 ahead of her World Premiere in Cannes and collaborated with the America’s Cup Italian team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli. While Saxdor announced innovative new e-power technology and scooped a Motor Boat Award and Best of Boats Award for the 400 GTC and Design Innovation Award for the all-new Saxdor 340 GTWA. Our Galeon Brand Manager Bruce Hastie had the rare opportunity to sit down with world-renowned yacht designer Tony Castro to talk all things Galeon which makes for an insightful read and the full film is also available on our YouTube channel so be sure to tune in. We are also delighted to announce that the Galeon 560 Fly won a Motor Boat Award and the 440 Fly won a Yacht Style Award for their ongoing design innovation. Greenline powers ahead with more conscious boating announcements – the new responsible power pack. You can also read how Greenline 40 hybrid owners Erik and Catherine are enjoying a ‘floating villa’ lifestyle and the benefits of being powered by the sun, including silence at anchor which suits these former sailors rather well.
In this issue we review the recent boat shows, including our new-style floating hospitality suite and display at the much-loved Southampton International Boat Show last September which was a great success. We’ve also included a calendar of dates for your diary, so we hope to welcome you on board at one of our shows across Europe this spring / summer season.

Our full retrofit and servicing capabilities are shown online, or you can speak to one of our friendly, knowledgeable team for advice.
We pride ourselves on offering customers the highest level of service and assurance, so we are proud to offer a new extended 5-year warranty on all new Galeon Yachts purchased. As well as the standard 2-year Galeon Yachts manufacturer’s warranty and the warranties provided by leading OEM component suppliers such as Volvo Penta, ‘Argo Assured’ extends the warranty benefitting Argo clients by a further 3 years.
And if you are based in northern Germany, or fancy hoping across from the UK, we’ve included some cruising tips from our Baltic Coast Manager, Stefan Wilms, based in Neustadt. There is a wonderful coastline to explore with luxury marina facilities, golden sandy beaches, quaint historic towns and some fantastic events throughout the summer to explore.
