Princess Motor Yacht Sales is one of the largest dealers of Princess yachts in the world, with locations in the UK, Germany, and Spain as well as sub-dealers in numerous other countries. As being the world’s largest dealer for Princess, we also represent Pardo, Saxdor and Chris-Craft. Our basic principle is to be the central contact for our customers in all aspects of yachting, be it purchase and sale, conversion and repair, maintenance and service, charter and much more. We are currently looking for a yacht technician (m/f/d) to strengthen the service team at our German branch in Neustadt in Holstein. You will carry out general repairs and warranty work carefully and professionally, while undertaking the maintenance of new and used motor yachts to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction and delivering a first-class service must be standard for you, as you will be in direct contact with our exclusive client base.
You will be responsible for completing all work in a timely, professional and efficient manner, ensuring all documentation and time-sheets are completed accurately. Do it right first time is our maxim.
Maritime knowledge, especially experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of sports boats and motor yachts is preferred, but we would also consider technicians from outside of the industry with proven skills and knowledge in carpentry or plastics. Training will be offered on the job. You will be able to work well in a team, as well as work independently and without supervision. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record in troubleshooting and analysis.
Your primary place of work will be Neustadt in Holstein, but as a technician you will be expected to travel to where our customers’ yachts are located. In exceptional cases, this may also include travel across European countries.
Class B driving license is essential for this position, BE is preferred, as well as a German sport boat license. Due to our English parent company, knowledge of English is an advantage. Your salary will be based on your experience and the skills you can offer us. AFTERSALES CONCIERGE/OFFICE MANAGER, NEUSTADT IN HOLSTEIN, GERMANY
This is a newly created position in which, as aftersales concierge, you will be the main point of contact for our customers – on the phone, in person on site and, depending on the situation, when working outside on board.
Operationally, you will act as the central point between sales, aftersales and customers – always seeking to achieve the best possible customer satisfaction and thus, together with all employees, helping expand our customer base and securing new customers for our brands and services.
As a secondary function, you will take on the office management of the location, including simple accounting tasks, and support for marketing in organizing customer events and trade fairs.
You will have exceptional organisation skills, a strong service orientation and a can-do attitude. You will also be able to prioritize effectively, managing several projects confidently at the same time.
You will share our goal for success while being confident in dealing with demanding premium customers. Previous knowledge as a concierge in the hotel industry or in project/event management could be helpful. Flawless spoken and written German is a must for us and, due the company’s international structure (with headquarters in England), you should be fluent in written and spoken English.

Für das Serviceteam suchen wir einen Bootsbauer oder Yachttechniker (m/w/d) für Reparaturen und Garantiearbeiten sowie die Wartung neuer und gebrauchter Motorboote/-yachten nach höchsten Standards. Hohe Kundenorientierung, erstklassiger Service und der richtige Ton im Umgang mit unserer exklusiven Kundschaft sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Branchenfremden Technikern mit nachweislichen Kenntnissen im Bereich Holz- und Kunststoffbearbeitung bieten wir ein „Training-on-the-job“. Sie beherrschen Fehlerdiagnose, arbeiten im Team, erledigen aber auch ohne Aufsicht Ihre Aufgaben zuverlässig.
Von Neustadt aus arbeiten Sie dort, wo die Yachten unserer Kunden liegen und haben hierfür die nötige Flexibilität. Führerschein Klasse B ist unbedingt erforderlich, BE wird bevorzugt, gerne auch der Sportbootführerschein. Der Aftersales-Concierge (m/w/d) ist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere exklusive Kundschaft. Er sorgt für größtmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit, hält alle Fäden zusammen, koordiniert Arbeiten und trägt dazu bei, neue Kunden für unsere Marken und Dienstleistungen zu gewinnen.
Nebenbei übernimmt er das Büromanagement des Standortes inklusive einfacher First-Level-Buchhaltung und unterstützt bei Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen.
