The SuperSail Marine Monitoring System allows you to monitor your vessel and control the on board system from anywhere in the world. The full range of features are all controlled from one intuitive application available Free on iPhone and Android. Monitor every aspect of your vessel from the status of the shore power to the water level in your bilge. With the ability to control system on board you can turn on underwater lights, fridges or cockpit lights. In the winter months control heaters or close the electric roof. Using the SuperSail Marine Monitoring system you can control and monitor your vessel. Adjustable geofence distance – choose how far your boat can move before you receive a notification. Charter companies can set distance limits for customers. Boat in winter storage? Set a tight geofence for notifications of any movement. Speed limit notifications – set a speed limit to be notified if the boat exceeds your chosen limit. Great to monitor your captain or keep an eye on your family when using the RIB or Jet Ski. Impact notifications – with a customisable impact notification you can be notified if your boat is hit in the marina, runs aground when chartered or is being used in a careless manor. Shore Power Monitoring – The shore power alarm contains a timer, which allows you to disconnect the shore power for up to 5 minutes, before getting an alarm. This allows others to disconnect it and insert a splitter etc without receiving any unnecessary notifications. Multiple inputs – Connect bilge alarms or smoke alarms to be notified of any potential problems on your vessel. With two inputs* connect any external equipment to trigger a notification. Wireless Sensors – Install a wireless Water Sensor above the Bilge Pump to be alerted if the Bilge Pump does not start automatically. A wide range of wireless accessories are available to cover all aspects of your boat. Movement Sensor – Receive a notification if anyone unauthorised is on board your vessel.     We ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

    If your chosen part is in stock, we can usually pick, pack and dispatch this to you within 48 hours.  Delays are possible if your item is located in our remote warehouse.

    All deliveries are sent DHL Express or DHL Domestic Economy, unless prior arrangements are made, in advance.

    UK delivery times are usually next day, unless we notify you of a delay

    International shipments can vary between 1 and 5 days, depending on the destination.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs and other issues beyond our control.  All international shipments will require the receiver to pay any additional tax, fees, or duties required by your country.

     

    *International delivery times subject to standard working hours between 8am – 6pm but could vary by local operator.

  • Returns

    If you are unsatisfied with your product or you’ve changed your mind, no problem – our returns policy gives you 30 days, from purchase date, to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid order form. It’s free and easy to return parts to us:

    • If you’re local, simply drop your ordered part, along with the order form, to our Plymouth office at Turnchapel Wharf, Plymouth and we’ll take care of the rest. Whilst you’re there, we can order a replacement for you.
    • Return in the post using Royal Mail: Complete the returns form on your order form summary and pack the form along with the item securely into its original packaging. Attach the prepaid Royal Mail return postage label provided, and take it to your nearest Post Office. Make sure to ask for a ‘proof of postage’ receipt.

    Please note electrical items can only be returned if unopened and remaining in original packaging. Please contact us directly for any special orders, or if you require further information.
